AlanPAPWORTHJean and Family would like to extend their thanks to all who gave them strength following the death of her dear husband AIan. The family have been overwhelmed by all the love and kind gestures they have received. They would like to thank all those friends and relations who sent cards and flowers and all who attended the funeral at St. Thomas Musbury church. Thanks is also due to Liz for arranging the white flowers decorating the church. They are grateful for the support of Father David and Father Andrew and Rev Judith during this difficult time and for the comforting church service. Dr Mannan and all the staff of Hazelvalley medical practice who looked after Alan, preceding his passing was also much appreciated and the work of the district nurses. The Sykeside Hotel provided a wonderful buffet where we could all take time to relax and appreciate all that Alan was to us. Jean would also like to thank Johnson Durning and Woods for all the funeral arrangements managed expertly by Caroline. She is also most grateful for the thoughtful donations received on behalf of the Christie Hospital.
